About CEO of Ikuul Math Lab,
I am an Enthusiastic Mathematics teacher who has been teaching high school mathematics since 1980. My motivation for teaching is based on the great feeling got from the responses students produce when their mind's eyes are opened to meaningful knowledge. Gaining a B.Sc degree in Education, with emphasis in Mathematics and Computer Science from Northern Caribbean University, was a step in the right direction to better understand how students learn and to be a better facilitator of their learning experiences. To enhance my capability to serve my students, I also have earned a M.A. degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with emphasis in Mathematics from Armstrong State University. It is with much pleasure that I strive to provide the best education for all students.

Our Philosophy
Our education philosophy is that education should be made available to all persons. Each individual should be given equal opportunities to actively participate in the education process. However, each responsible individual should be allowed to decide on the rigor and depth of the education necessary for their role in society.
The basic knowledge should be required as the core of all teaching and learning experience in addition to the option of pursuing subjects relating to career choice. Carefully designed curriculum must be set up to guide individuals towards the required knowledge and experience for them to become worthwhile citizens in society. Appropriate assessments and feedback must be integrated into the teaching and learning process in order to allow the teachers and learners to identify their strengths and weaknesses. This is in an effort to provide the most conducive teaching and learning environment for the education of all to be achieved.
The education environment must include the educational institutions, the immediate and wider society, along with all interested stakeholders/participants. Regardless of an individual’s disability, provisions should be made to accommodate him or her dependent on the availability of resources. Institutions of learning must be dedicated to the delivery of quality education and the arming of its learners with the most effective tools to meet the challenges of the immediate and global society.
My beliefs are based on the thought that individuals need to be fully equip with enough knowledge and experience for them be able to make a worthwhile impact on the society of which they are a part. As in the words of former president John F. Kennedy “Let us think of education as the means of developing our greatest abilities, because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for our nation.”
